Construction Phase Plan

Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) a construction phase plan is required for every construction project.

The Construction Phase Plan should be prepared by the Principal Contractor for the project where there is more than one trade contractor on site, or by the Contractor where there is only one trade contractor on site.

The degree of detail in the construction phase plan depends upon the nature and extent of the project.
